How much does RevalonMD LLC charge for medical billing services?

Our pricing is based on a simple percentage of your monthly collections, starting as low as 2.99%. This means we only get paid when you get paid. There are no setup fees, no hidden costs, and no long-term contracts required. Credentialing services are available for a flat fee. Contact us for a custom quote based on your specialty and volume.

How quickly can you start billing for my practice?

Most practices are fully onboarded within 5–10 business days. We handle the entire transition, system integration, payer setup, staff briefing. Your operations don't skip a beat, and we can often begin submitting claims in your first week.

Do you work with small or solo practices?

Absolutely. We serve providers of all sizes, from solo practitioners to large multi-specialty groups and hospital-owned practices. Our services are fully scalable, and our team adapts to the unique needs and workflows of each practice we serve.

Can you work with our existing EHR or practice management software?

Yes. RevalonMD LLC integrates with all major EHR and practice management systems including EPIC, NextGen, AthenaHealth, Kareo, AdvancedMD, eClinicalWorks, SimplePractice, Office Ally, Therapy Notes, and many more. If you use a system not on our list, contact us. We've likely worked with it.

What happens to denied claims?

Every denied claim is reviewed, categorized by denial reason, and worked by our AR specialists. We file appeals with supporting clinical documentation when appropriate, follow up directly with payers, and track every claim through to resolution. Our goal is to recover every dollar you've earned.

Is my patient data secure with RevalonMD LLC?

Yes. RevalonMD LLC is 100% HIPAA compliant. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is strictly controlled with role-based permissions, and our team undergoes regular HIPAA training. We sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with every client.

How long does provider credentialing take?

Credentialing timelines vary by payer, typically 45–90 days for commercial insurers and 60–120 days for Medicare/Medicaid. We begin the process immediately upon engagement and provide regular status updates throughout. Our proactive follow-up helps minimize delays.

Do you handle patient billing and collections?

Yes. We handle the full patient billing cycle including statement generation, payment posting, and self-pay follow-up. We communicate with patients professionally and compassionately, maintaining your practice's reputation while maximizing collection of patient-responsible balances.
